Welcome to the new Mr Boerboel website. I’m Bobby, the guy behind Mr Boerboel, and I’m glad you’re here.
Mr Boerboel began in June 2021 with my beloved dog Onyx, a Boerboel—also known as a South African Mastiff. Our first video was filmed during one of our walks on the Balboa Peninsula in Newport Beach, California, where Onyx encountered three black swans.
As I continued sharing our daily walks, I discovered that Onyx was a natural at posing with cars. That brought together two things I loved: spending time with him and my lifelong passion for automobiles. We began filming walk-around videos featuring classics, supercars, and other interesting vehicles we found throughout Orange County.
Although Onyx is no longer with us, he will always be the heart of Mr Boerboel and the reason it all began. The name remains a tribute to him, and I continue sharing the cars that catch my attention—the beautifully preserved classics, childhood dream cars, modern supercars, and unexpected finds that make you stop and take a closer look.

Introducing Our First Car-Care Product
I’m also excited to announce that our first product, Mr Boerboel Ceramic Detail Spray, is available now.
This 16-ounce ceramic detail spray was created to make protecting your vehicle simple. Just spray, wipe, and buff to leave behind a deep gloss, a slick finish, and hydrophobic protection that helps repel water, dirt, grime, and environmental contaminants.
You can use it as a standalone paint protectant or to help maintain a vehicle that already has a ceramic coating.
